Genysis Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Genysis platform (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies we may publish. If you do not agree, do not use Genysis. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Genysis. The Platform is not available to users located in the European Union or any EU member state.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.

2. User Accounts

  • Registration: Provide a display name, username, email, password, and optional profile picture.

  • Account Limits: Only one account per user. Multiple accounts are prohibited.

  • Deletion: Accounts can be edited or deleted permanently at any time.

  • Suspension/Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts without notice for violations or at our discretion.

3. Content & User Responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for all content (text, images, videos, etc.) you post or share.

  • Genysis does not endorse or verify user-generated content.

  • Controls: Block, report, follow, or unfollow users. Manage who can message you.

  • Prohibited Conduct: Illegal, harmful, or abusive content/behavior is strictly prohibited.

4. Groups & Voice Chat

  • Groups: Users may create public or private groups. Genysis does not moderate or take responsibility for group content or how they’re managed.

  • Voice Chat: Voice chats may be recorded. If recording is active, a visible notice may appear. By speaking, you consent to being recorded.

  • Stealth Mode: Users can join chats anonymously. However, Legendary Key holders may view all participants, including those in Stealth Mode.

  • Admin Tools: Group admins can manage members, post announcements, host giveaways, and set gated access for exclusive entry.

5. Charts & Market Data

  • Displays third-party blockchain data (e.g., charts, transactions). Data may be inaccurate or delayed.

  • Not Financial Advice: Always conduct your own research (DYOR).

6. Swaps & Cryptocurrency

  • Third-Party Protocols: All swaps are powered by external aggregators like 1inch, Jupiter. Genysis does not hold your funds or process the transactions directly.

  • Fees:

    • 0% on Buys

    • 2% Platform Fee on Sells


  • Additional network or third-party fees may apply. Users are responsible for all costs and risks involved.

  • Jurisdictional Use: Swaps must not be used in any region where such activity is restricted or prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to comply with local regulations.

7. Wallets & Security

  • Gold Coin Wallets: Used exclusively within the Genysis app for in-app transfers. Not cashable or convertible to real-world currency.

  • Token Wallets (Non-Custodial): Powered by third-party providers like Venly. Genysis does not store or access your private keys.

  • Private Key Export: Exporting your private key will permanently disable your Genysis wallet for security reasons.

  • Supported Blockchains: Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Base, Polygon, and Solana (coming soon).

  • Fiat Purchases: Handled by external partners. Genysis is not responsible for fiat transactions or any issues arising from them.

8. Ads, AMAs & Promotion

  • Advertisements: All ads and promotions must comply with our [Content Guidelines], which strictly prohibit scams, fraud, misleading claims, and any illegal or harmful content. Genysis reserves the right to reject or remove any ad at its discretion, with or without notice. All purchases are final — no refunds.

  • AMAs & Promotions: Projects featured in AMAs or promotions are user-submitted and not vetted, verified, or endorsed by Genysis. Participation is at your own risk.

  • No Guarantees: Genysis does not guarantee results, visibility, or outcomes from any ad, AMA, or promotional feature.

9. VIP Tiers & Passes

  1. Creator Pass (monthly)

  2. Oracle Pass (annual)

  3. Phantom Pass (annual)

  4. Legendary Key (NFT, lifetime)

  • Non-Refundable: All sales are final.

10. Features & Rewards

  • Gold Coins: Earned via engagement. No monetary value.

  • Referrals: Must be from different devices.

  • Leaderboard: Tracks activity.

  • Check-Ins: 70% rate for giveaways.

  • Codebreaker/Game Room: Participation only. No profit guarantees.

11. AI Assistant

  • Powered by third parties. Genysis not liable for advice/content.

12. NFTs & Collectibles

  • VIP Passes: Non-transferable.

  • Collectibles: For fun/access.

  • No Token Rewards: No profit-sharing.

13. Disclaimers

  • Not Financial Advice: Always DYOR.

  • No Warranties: Platform is provided “as-is”.

14. Termination & Rules

  • Genysis may terminate access or modify features at any time.

15. Limitation of Liability

  • Genysis Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

16. Indemnity

  • You agree to indemnify Genysis Labs LLC for any claims.

17. Governing Law

  • USA law applies. Jurisdiction in Delaware courts.
